Start with a few jobs.
Expand once the results are in.
A pilot analyzes a few jobs chosen with you, task by task, and hands you the tool with your data. You get concrete results to share with your executive committee and your works council, before committing the whole organization. We support you from scoping to the results presentation.

Tangible results before involving thousands of people.
You may already have launched AI experiments that never got past the trial stage. Many companies are in the same position: according to a preliminary report from MIT NANDA (2025), only 5% of the custom AI tools evaluated by companies reach production. The main obstacle cited is reluctance to adopt new tools.
The Skillberg pilot tackles the problem from the other end. It looks first at the real work, with the people who do it, so that AI arrives where it is useful and accepted. To go further: getting AI adopted.
What a pilot covers, and what it asks of you.
A few jobs
Chosen with you within a single scope, where AI is already present or where the decision is urgent: accounts payable, customer service or purchasing, for example.
A few weeks
Once the average time spent per task is known, the answer comes with figures within a few weeks.
Your job descriptions and headcount
The job descriptions for the selected jobs, headcount per job, the average time spent per task and your jobs and skills framework if you have one. No personal data: the details are in our data commitments.
On quote
The price depends on the number of jobs covered. Everything starts with a 30-minute conversation, with no commitment.
Four steps, with little demand on your teams.
- Étape 1
Scope
The scope, the jobs and your point of contact are set together. Internal communication comes before any question is asked of teams.
- Étape 2
Break down
Job descriptions are broken down into tasks and skills, then linked to our map of 158,000 skills. A person reviews every link.
- Étape 3
Assess
Every task goes through the four questions, checked by two people, and your teams' views are gathered in-house.
- Étape 4
Present
We present the results to your executive committee, then we hand you the tool for these jobs, with your data.
At a glance, what AI changes in every job in the pilot.
For each job, the headcount and how working time is split across task categories. Then the jobs to start with, based on criteria you weight: time saved, teams' willingness, preparation needed, annual savings.
What you have in hand.
- The steering tool for the pilot's jobs, fed with your data.
- For priority jobs: the job description before and after, the time freed up, then its value in euros, AI costs included.
- The workforce plan, expressed in time to reassign rather than positions to cut, with the first pathways between jobs.
- Questionnaires ready to send to gather your teams' views.
- A clear results presentation for your executive committee, which you can also share with your works council.

Before launching a pilot.
Can you show the results of a real pilot?
Our clients' results remain confidential. However, a sample report shows the exact format of the deliverables, and the demo applies the same calculations to a fictional company.
Who should we involve on our side?
One point of contact, often in HR or on the transformation team. Then, when it's time to assess tasks, a few people who know the selected jobs well.
And after that?
You extend the approach to the whole organization, with the same method and the same team: the full jobs and skills plan, internal mobility between job families, and a tool that stays in your hands and keeps itself up to date.
What if we don't go further?
You keep the results presentation and what the pilot produced on the jobs studied.
Let's scope your pilot in 30 minutes.
Tell us about your company's jobs and the deadline you're facing. We show you the tool on a fictional company, then we design together the pilot that would suit you. No commitment.
30 minutes on video with Skillberg, no commitment. No personal data required.
