regulatory timeline
By December 2, 2027, the AI Act requires explainability and human oversight for high-risk HR AI systems.

This covers: CV/job matching without traceability, opaque career recommendations, automated gap analysis. Skillberg is compliant by design — explainability is a native property of the graph, not a patch.

Maximum penalty for high-risk systems: €15M or 3% of global revenue, whichever is higher (Article 99, AI Act).

API & MCP
Credits beyond your quota are billed as overage (€0.07 on Builder, €0.06 on Scale, €0.05 on Partner). No service cutoff. You get an email at 80%, 100% and 120%.
Yes. Upgrades are immediate and prorated. Downgrades are possible at the end of the tier's commitment period.
500 credits / month and 500 req / day, free and with no sign-up. Suited to testing and local development.
In 95% of cases, x-api-key is enough. OAuth becomes necessary if you redistribute access to separate end users (multi-tenant).
Intelligence
By the number of roles covered, on quote. We scope the work in a first 30-minute call: no quote before we understand your needs.
It depends on the number of roles selected. The pilot covers one value chain; the scale-up then uses the same method and the same tool.
Platform & data
No. The API and MCP run in Scaleway's fr-par region. The LLMs we use (Mistral) are European. No transfers outside the EU.
30 days, for quota and debugging. No customer data is used to train models. Text sent through the CV/matching endpoints is not stored.
Discovery: no contractual SLA, but observed uptime > 99.9% over the past 6 months. Builder: 99.5%. Scale: 99.7%. Partner: 99.9% with service credits. Omni: negotiated SLA with a documented continuity plan.
